BLUE WINGS DEVELOPERS LLP

Blue Wings Developers LLP is based out of Nampally, specifically at C M Arcade right next to Medwin Hospital. It is a very busy part of town, so there is always noise and people moving around outside our doors at 5/8/322/4,5,6,7. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of property development. It isn't always exciting; in fact, a lot of it is just sitting around making sure the permits are in order and the plans make sense. We have a small team here and we mostly just focus on the task right in front of us. We aren't really the type of people to use big words or make a bunch of promises we can't keep. We just look at the land and figure out the best way to use it. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery gets stuck in traffic or the weather turns bad, and we just have to adjust. That is just life in this business. Being near Uma Bagh means we are right in the middle of things, which helps when we need to get to different sites. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us trying to do a decent job with the resources we have. We like the area and we like what we do, even on the days when everything seems to be going slowly.
