Big Block Infra Developers Private Limited is based at HIG 473, S Maruthi Bhavan, in the 6th Phase of KPHB Colony. KPHB is a very busy and crowded place, which is actually good for a business like ours. There is always some sort of activity or construction happening nearby. Our office in Maruthi Bhavan is where we handle all the infrastructure development side of things. It is not a polished corporate office. You will find piles of papers, site boots near the door, and people coming in and out all day long. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different teams and making sure the infrastructure projects we are involved in do not stall. In a place like KPHB Colony, you have to be quick because everything moves fast. We deal with the usual problems like traffic blocking our supply trucks or waiting for permits to come through. It can be frustrating, but we have been around long enough to not let it get to us too much. We focus on the practical bits of building and developing. There is no marketing team here to write fancy speeches. We just work hard and try to stay on top of the projects from our spot in the 6th Phase. It is a lot of long hours and phone calls, but that is just what it takes to get things built in a city like this.
