Bhushakti Infra Developers Private Limited has been operating from B-13 Madhura Nagar in the S R Nagar area for quite a while now. If you've been around SR Nagar, you know it’s a place where everyone is always on the move. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. We focus on land development and infrastructure projects. Most of our work involves a lot of patience, whether it’s waiting for a signature or waiting for the trucks to arrive. We are a small group of people who just know how to get things done. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so what you see is what you get. Our office has seen better days, but it’s functional and that’s what matters to us. We’ve got stacks of files and maps everywhere because we like to keep track of everything ourselves. Being in Madhura Nagar means we can get almost anywhere in the city pretty easily. We have a lot of regular contractors we work with, and we trust them to do their jobs while we handle the planning and management from here. There are always headaches in construction, like price hikes for steel or cement, but we just adjust and keep going. We aren't looking for awards; we just want to finish our projects and start the next ones without too much trouble. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
