Bheema Cements Ltd.

We’ve been running Bheema Cements Ltd out here in Nayapara for quite some time now. Jagadalpur is a decent place to work, even if the weather in Chhattisgarh gets pretty heavy in the summer months. Our spot in SR Nagar is usually busy with trucks coming in and out at all hours. It’s mostly just hard work and getting the cement moved to where it needs to go. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but that is just part of the job when you’re dealing with this kind of material. We have a small crew and most of us have been together for years. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We just have our desks, the phones keep ringing, and we try to keep up with the orders that come through. The road outside can get a bit congested during the afternoons, especially with the local traffic around Nayapara, so we try to get the loading done early when we can. It’s a simple operation really. We don’t have much time for sitting around talking about big ideas, we just focus on the bags and the deliveries. Most days are long and we end up staying late to finish the paperwork, but that is how it goes.
