Bhavu Developers Llp is located at Hno 11 1/169 in the Sai Priaya Colony, which is over in the Dammaiguda area. We have been working out of this office for a few years now. Dammaiguda is growing very fast, and we are right in the middle of all that new activity. We do a lot of residential development work for people looking for homes. It is mostly about finding the right plots and getting the buildings up as efficiently as we can. The office in Sai Priaya Colony is where we do all the planning and meet with people who are looking to start a project. It is not a polished or fancy corporate space; it is more of a practical workspace where we can spread out the big drawings and blueprints. We spend a lot of our time out on the dusty sites making sure the workers are doing what they are supposed to do. Sometimes the supply of cement or steel gets interrupted, and we have to scramble to keep the schedule moving forward. That is just the way the construction business works in this region. We do not use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. We know the local area well and we understand what kind of houses people here are looking for. We keep our costs low so we can focus on the actual building part.
