At Bhavanam Constructions Llp, we work out of Road No. 70 in Jubilee Hills. Our specific spot is Plot No. 4, in the Huda Enclave area, door number 8-2-293/He/14. It’s right here in Hyderabad, 500033. The office is tucked away in a corner of the enclave, so it’s relatively calm for a construction business office. We spend most of our time coordinating with different teams on various sites. There are always drawings scattered across the tables and the smell of old files in the air. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that gets the job done. People around Jubilee Hills know us as a local outfit. We handle all the usual construction tasks, like getting the foundations poured and making sure the walls go up straight. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices too, which takes up more time than you’d think. We don't really have a polished way of talking about our business. It’s just hard work and a lot of patience. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or the rain stops us from working, but we just deal with it as it comes. We like being in Huda Enclave because it feels like a real neighborhood. We’re just a bunch of regular people who know a thing or two about building. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the tea stall down the road. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. If someone wants to see our work, we just take them to a site.
