We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. The office is just a regular place with desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We aren't interested in fancy marketing or polished speeches. We just want to get the work done right. People from Pragathinagar come in when they have questions about their coverage or need to update their beneficiary details. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time looking at spreadsheets. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s important to the families we help. We try to be as straightforward as possible. If a policy is confusing, we sit down and go through it line by line until it makes sense. A S Raonagar is a busy part of Hyderabad, and our plot is right in the middle of it. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood.
