Bhagyanagar City Developers LLP is based out of SY No. 215P in the Serilingampally Kondapur area. If you spend any time in Kondapur, you know how much it has changed lately with all the new buildings and shops popping up everywhere. Our office is right in the middle of that growth. It is a bit of a dusty spot sometimes because of all the work happening nearby, but we like being where the action is. Most mornings start with us sitting around the table at SY No. 215P, drinking some coffee and going over the plans for the day. We are a small team at Bhagyanagar City Developers LLP, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it's checking on a site or dealing with paperwork. The Serilingampally side of town has its own rhythm, and we’ve gotten used to the traffic and the noise over the years. Our workspace isn't very polished—it's got stacks of files and some old chairs—but it works for what we need. We focus on the daily tasks of being developers without any of the corporate talk you hear in the bigger offices. It’s just honest work from a local group of people who know this part of Hyderabad well. We've seen Kondapur grow from almost nothing into what it is today, and being stationed at SY No. 215P gives us a front-row seat to all that change every single day.
