Bethel Associates Engineering & Contractors

Bethel Associates Engineering & Contractors operates out of a cellar in the Mpr Complex. We are right on the Main Road in Shapur Nagar, just opposite the Sagar Hotel. Being in the cellar means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, but it can get noisy with all the trucks and buses passing by on the main road outside. We do engineering and contracting work, so there are usually a lot of people coming in to talk about construction projects. The office is small and filled with files and old project maps. It’s a busy place because Shapur Nagar is a heavy industrial and commercial hub. You can always smell the food from Sagar Hotel across the street, which is nice around lunchtime. We spend our mornings looking at site reports and talking to laborers. It is not a clean, white-collar environment. There is usually a bit of grit on the floors and the furniture is just basic stuff that has seen a lot of use. We have been in this cellar for a while now. People know to find us by looking for the Mpr Complex sign. It’s a straightforward business. We take the contracts, we look at the engineering side of things, and we try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is close, and the street outside finally gets a little quieter.
