Benedict Hospitality Management School Private Limited

We’re located on the third floor of The Downtown Apartments, specifically Flat No. 303. It’s on Road No. 5 in Banjara Hills, which is a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad. Benedict Hospitality Management School Private Limited is where we teach folks about the hotel and service industry. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels more like a small community than a big school. We have a few classrooms set up to show how things work in hospitality. It’s often busy with students coming in for their afternoon classes. Banjara Hills is always packed with cars, so getting here can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. We try to keep things organized, but like any school, there’s always a bit of chaos with schedules and papers. We aren't some massive institution with thousands of students; we prefer keeping it smaller so we actually know everyone’s name. The staff here has been around for a while. We spend a lot of time talking about how to treat guests and handle the front desk. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a practical place for people who want to get into the hotel business without all the fluff. We just focus on the basics of the job.
