Our office is on the main Suncity Road at PL NO 54/P here in Hyderabad. We focus a lot on renovation and construction work. Renovations can be a bit messy because you never quite know what you’ll find when you start tearing down an old wall or pulling up floorboards. It keeps the job interesting, though. We are a local team and we’ve been working around this area of Telangana for quite some time. The office is right on the main road, so it’s easy to get to, even if the traffic gets a bit heavy during rush hour. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our desks are usually covered in paint samples, tile pieces, and scraps of paper with measurements on them. We prefer to spend our time at the actual work sites rather than sitting behind a desk all day. We try to be innovative with how we fix things up, but we also keep it very practical. If something doesn't need to be replaced, we don't replace it. We just talk plainly with people about what needs to be done and how much it’s going to cost. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be the biggest construction firm in the city, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood can come to when they need something renovated or built from scratch. It’s hard work, but we enjoy seeing a project come together and seeing things look better than before.
