Royal Merchants

Royal Merchants is based in Usha Towe at No. 5 in the Begumpet area. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the traffic outside is almost never quiet. We are up in the tower, so we get a bit of a distance from the street noise, but you can still feel the energy of the place. Our office is fairly basic. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers. It’s not the most modern setup, but it works for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or dealing with various traders. Things can get a bit frantic when several things are happening at once, and the desks usually end up covered in coffee mugs and notes. The elevators in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we’ve learned to be patient. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we know most of the other people working in the building. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy mission statements to show off. We just come in every morning and try to get our trading done efficiently. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so we don't really need to do much in terms of marketing. It’s just a practical, everyday business in a busy part of Hyderabad. We finish up and head home when the work is done.
