Being based in Kukatpally is quite an experience because of the constant noise and movement. Our office for Beeline Global Infracon Private Limited is at H.No 15-21-150/107 in New Balaji Nagar. It’s a busy spot, which is good for us since we do a lot of infrastructure and construction work. There are just a few of us here, and we mostly focus on managing the sites we have across Hyderabad. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or polished brochures. Most of the time, we are just dressed in casual clothes and talking to contractors. The office can get a bit messy with all the blueprints and files, but we manage to stay on top of things. The Hyderabad heat is a real thing, so we usually have the AC running if we are inside. We’ve been around for a while and have seen how the neighborhood has grown. It’s mostly small businesses around here, which we like. We take our work seriously but don't feel the need to act like a giant corporation. If there’s a problem on a project, we just go down there and fix it. That’s pretty much how we operate. We don’t have a fancy reception area; it’s just a place where we get our planning done. We just keep our heads down and try to finish one project before starting the next one. It's regular work for regular people.
