You can find us at Shangrila Plaza on the 3rd floor. We are right on Road No 2 in Banjara Hills, which is a pretty well-known spot in Hyderabad. Being at 8-2-120/115/14 puts us right in the middle of all the action. We spend most of our time here working on different development projects. It’s a lot of coordinating with teams and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when things at the site aren't going right. We don't do the whole corporate polish thing. Our office feels like a real workspace with papers everywhere and phones constantly ringing. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to get the buildings up and the paperwork signed. The plaza is usually busy, so there’s always something going on downstairs. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier for people to find us. We aren't a huge company, just a small group of folks who know the development business inside out. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our name on a project. It’s simple and it works for us.
