Bbg Developers Llp is situated up on the 14th floor of the Manjeera Trinity Corporate building. The unit number is 1401. We are located at Plot S2, Sy No.1050P in the KPHB Colony area of Kukatpally. It’s a pretty high view from up here, and you can see a lot of the city when the weather is clear. We spend most of our time in this office working through the details of our development projects. There is usually a lot of paperwork to go through and people coming in and out for meetings. Kukatpally is a very busy area, so getting into the building in the morning can be a bit of a chore with all the traffic. Once we are in the office though, it’s just about getting to work. We have a small group here and we’ve all known each other for a while. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity; we just want to get our jobs done and go home at a decent hour. Sometimes things get stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to pull through. There’s always someone making a fresh pot of tea in the corner. We focus on the practical side of building and developing. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. Bbg Developers Llp has been based in this tower for a while now, and it’s a solid place for us to keep things running. The elevators are fast, which is a nice change from some other buildings.
