BAV CASTLE PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re located on the 4th floor of Sterling Heights in Kavuri Hills. It’s a big building right in the Mahendra Mindspace area, which is pretty much the heart of the tech scene in Hyderabad. Even though there are big IT companies all around us, BAV Castle is a much smaller operation. Our office is simple and functional. We have a few cabins and a central area where the staff sits. The view from the 4th floor is okay; you can see a lot of the new construction going up in GB Pet. We spend our days dealing with various real estate and building tasks. The elevator in Sterling Heights can be quite a wait during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to get in a bit early or a bit late. The office vibe is quiet for the most part, punctuated by the sound of someone printing something or a phone ringing. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. People usually come to us through word of mouth or because they see our office in this building. We keep things pretty informal here; there’s no strict dress code as long as the work gets done. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay organized and keep our projects moving forward without too much fuss. We usually wrap up around 6:30 and join the sea of traffic heading out of Kavuri Hills.
