If you have ever been to this part of Hyderabad, you know it is always humming with people and new buildings going up. Our office isn’t huge, but it is enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time discussing floor plans and dealing with all the little details that come with developing property. Some days are smoother than others, especially when the weather is good for construction. When it rains, everything slows down and we end up sitting in the office more than we’d like. It’s a practical setup we have here. We aren't really into big speeches or polished presentations. We prefer just showing the work or talking through a project over some coffee. KPHB is a good place to be because everything is close by, which helps when we need to grab supplies or meet someone quickly. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The desk is usually covered in site maps and permit papers. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy building things. We try to keep a steady pace and not get too overwhelmed by the deadlines. It is just a small team of us here, doing what we can to keep the business running properly. There is always something to fix or a phone call to make.
