Basheer Jaggery

We run Basheer Jaggery out of Flat 201 in Satya Apartment. Being in Masab Tank means there is always traffic and noise right outside our window, but inside we are focused on getting our jaggery out to people. It’s an apartment setup, so it’s not like a big factory floor. We do a lot of our talking over the phone and keeping track of who needs what for their business. Jaggery is one of those things people always want for their kitchens and recipes. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. It gets crowded with boxes sometimes. You learn to work in the space you have. We don't have a team of hundreds, just a few of us making sure the quality is what it should be. If the batch isn't right, we know it immediately. Masab Tank is a busy hub, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a headache with the narrow streets and all the cars. We just make it work. Usually, our day starts early before the heat gets too bad. We handle the orders, talk to the suppliers, and try to stay organized. It’s a practical business. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Just the necessities and a few calendars. People know where to find us if they need jaggery that tastes like it’s supposed to. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
