Bansal Traders

Our shop is number 17/ A over in Sri Krupa Market. If you know Old Malakpet, you know how crowded it gets on Gunj Road. Bansal Traders has been in this spot for quite some time. It's a small space, packed with whatever we're trading that week. Usually, it's pretty cramped inside because we try to fit as much as we can on the shelves. The market is always noisy, and there's always someone moving crates around. We start early because the trucks come in before the sun is even fully up. It’s a lot of lifting and paperwork. I usually sit at the back desk while the others handle the customers out front. Sometimes the power goes out in the market, and we just have to wait it out with a torch. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just walk in. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We drink tea together when it's quiet in the afternoons. Malakpet Gunj Road is always a mess with the traffic, but it’s where all the business happens. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you need to find us, look for the sign near the entrance of Sri Krupa Market. It’s nothing special to look at, just a regular trading shop doing its thing every day. Sometimes the rains make the roof leak a bit, but we just put a bucket under it and carry on. It is what it is.
