We are set up at Plot No 47 in the Saraswathi Nagar Colony, near the old checkpost in LB Nagar. This is a part of Hyderabad that has grown a lot lately. We are Bank Of Bahrain And Kuwait B S C. The office is in a colony, so it’s surrounded by houses and a few small shops. It feels more like a home than a bank sometimes. We have a small gate and a little patch of ground out front where someone tried to grow flowers, but they didn't really take. Inside, it's just a regular setup with desks and a couple of computers. We do a lot of paperwork here. The commute can be a bit of a pain because LB Nagar is always jammed with traffic, but we manage. Most of us arrive a bit tired but once the tea is made, we get into the flow of things. The office isn't very big, so we all sit fairly close to each other. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that; we just sort things out ourselves. It’s a very straightforward place to work. We spend our days checking figures and making sure everything matches up. When the day is over, we lock up and head out into the Hyderabad heat. It’s just a practical, local spot where we do our jobs as best as we can without any grand claims. We keep things moving day by day.
