We are based at B 20 in Kendriya Vihar, which is in Sector 56 of Gurgaon, Haryana. It’s a huge residential complex, and our Bank Of America office is just one of the units here. It’s nice because there are lots of trees and places to walk during the break. The security at the gate is quite strict, so we always have to make sure visitors are cleared. Inside B 20, it’s pretty basic. We have some metal desks and those blue office chairs that you see everywhere. The walls are a bit bare because we haven't really bothered with decorations or anything like that. We’re more focused on getting the daily tasks finished so we can beat the traffic on the way out. Sector 56 is a good location because it has everything you need close by. There’s a market right outside the gate where we get stationery or snacks. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which helps keep the mood up. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It's mostly just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if it’s just a standard apartment layout turned into a business space. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
