This office is located at 1 8 345, Street 10 in Baghlingampally. It's under the name of C O M Venkateshm here in Hyderabad 500020. This area, Chikadpally, is pretty traditional and has a lot of character. The building isn't new, but it’s solid. Working for Bank Of America from here feels a bit different than being in a big glass tower in Hitech City. We are right in the middle of a residential street, so you hear children playing or the neighbor’s TV through the walls sometimes. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to get creative with how we fit all the desks and printers. Street 10 is usually packed with parked scooters, so finding a spot for a car is basically impossible. Most of us just walk or take a rickshaw. The weather in Hyderabad can be really dry, so we keep a lot of plants inside to make it feel a bit fresher. We don't really have a lobby or a waiting area. If you come in, you're pretty much right in the middle of our workspace. We spend the day going through emails and checking figures. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It feels like being part of the neighborhood rather than just an office that could be anywhere else.
