The office is located at H No 8 3 228 1280 56 in B J V R Nagar, which is a bit of a mouthful to say if you’re giving directions. We’ve been part of this Hyderabad neighborhood for a while now under the name Bank Of America Continuum Solutions. It’s a bit more of a local, residential-feeling area than the big commercial hubs, which we actually quite like. The building is just a regular house that’s been converted into an office space. You won't find any corporate art or fancy furniture here. It’s mostly just functional desks and a lot of wires. Our day-to-day involves a lot of data entry and system checks for the bank’s operations. We aren't here to sell anyone anything or offer loans; we just handle the back-end stuff that most people never see. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we’re coming and going. We usually sit around the main table for lunch and talk about what’s happening in the city. It’s a very straightforward environment where people just do their jobs without a lot of extra drama. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical local issues like power cuts or a bit of dust from the road, but we just get on with it. It’s a simple, honest place to work.
