Robotouch

Robotouch is over at Gvk- One Mall on the 3rd Floor, right on Road No. 1 in Banjarahills. But we also have this other spot at G51 Electronic Complex Extension in Kushaiguda. It’s a bit of a split between the fancy mall atmosphere and the more industrial feel of the electronic complex. In the mall, it’s all bright lights and people walking past while they shop. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to people who are just passing through. Then at the Kushaiguda location, things are much more low-key. That place is more about the hardware and the actual equipment. There’s a lot of dust and the sound of tools. We go back and forth between the two places depending on what needs doing. The mall office is definitely more comfortable, with the central cooling and the food court nearby. But the Kushaiguda spot has more space for us to move around and actually get our hands dirty. It’s a bit of a weird balance, having one foot in a high-end shopping center and the other in an industrial park. We don't have any polished speeches about it. We just manage both locations as best we can. Sometimes the commute between Banjarahills and Kushaiguda takes forever because the traffic is so bad. We just deal with it and keep moving. The mall security knows us by name now since we are in and out so much. It's funny how you get used to the background music after a while.
