We are situated at 8-2-681/A/1/A, which is right adjacent to the SBI on Road 12. It’s a busy street, and the bank next door always has people coming and going, so there is plenty of activity outside our windows. We do a lot of tech-related work here, though the office itself feels more like a lived-in workshop than a high-tech lab. There are cables running along the floor and monitors stacked up in various corners. Most of the day is spent troubleshooting software issues or dealing with hardware that isn't behaving. We started out small and just stayed in this spot because it's convenient for people to find. You don't need a map; just tell someone it's next to the SBI and they get here eventually. The staff is a mix of younger kids who are quick with new apps and some older heads who remember how things worked twenty years ago. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We drink a lot of coffee while waiting for downloads to finish or for servers to reboot. It’s not a glamorous lifestyle, but we like the technical challenges that walk through the door every day. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of things that need fixing before we head home.
