Rohit Engineering Works

We are located at B 5 in the C I E area of Balanagar. It’s a workshop where we do a lot of metal turning, welding, and fixing things that broke. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots here and there. We’ve got lathes and drills that have been with us for a long time. It’s a small team, just some local guys who know how to handle tools. Balanagar is a hub for this kind of work, so we’re surrounded by other shops doing similar things. We don't have a website or anything like that; people usually just hear about us from someone else or walk in with a part they need fixed. The noise is constant during the day, the sound of metal hitting metal. We wear our overalls and spend the day making sure the measurements are right. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because the steel is tougher than it looked. We don't mind staying a bit late to finish a project for a regular customer. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the equipment, but we make it work. We’ve been in this spot for years and the neighborhood knows us. It’s straightforward work, nothing too complicated, just good old-fashioned engineering. We keep the machines running and the tools sharp, ready for whatever comes in through the door next. We usually wipe down the tools before heading home for the night.
