C - 325 - Ra Chem Pharma Ltd. is based out of the Balanagar area. Specifically, we are in the TIEIDA industrial area at Plot No. 26 & 27. Our office is situated on the 1st floor. Balanagar is known for being a hub for technical and industrial companies, so we fit right in with the other businesses here. The office space is spread out across the first floor of the building. It’s a lot of different rooms filled with equipment and desks for the staff. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. The atmosphere here is pretty serious because the work involves a lot of chemical and pharmaceutical details that you simply cannot get wrong. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We just use what works for our needs. The parking area downstairs is usually completely full by nine in the morning. There are a lot of other businesses nearby, so the whole street is quite active. We have a routine where we start work early to beat some of the midday heat. Most of our day is spent in the labs or on the computer doing various types of documentation. It’s not the kind of place where people hang out; we are mostly just here to get the jobs done. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but the location is good for our business logistics. It’s a simple environment.
