Balaji Foods & Feeds Ltd.

Our office is over at 3-5-808 Venkateswara House in the Hyderaguda area. It is a busy part of the city, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. Balaji Foods & Feeds Ltd. has been tucked away in this building for some time now. We handle food and feed products, which means there is a lot of coordinating between suppliers and the people who need the goods. The office gets pretty full of papers and ledgers. We are not really into modern digital systems for everything, so we still keep a lot of things on paper where we can see them. The staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We have a small kitchen area where we take our breaks. Sometimes we talk about work, but usually, we just talk about the weather or local news. It is a comfortable place to work, even if the air conditioning struggles on the really hot days. We do not have any big corporate goals that we talk about. We just want to get through the orders and make sure the deliveries are on time. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. We are not trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or anything. We just focus on the food and feed business from our little corner of Hyderaguda every single day.
