Our place is located over in Gaganpahad, right at the Venkateswara Silk Mills area. It’s a bit of an older spot, SF 246 to be exact. We’ve been set up here for some time now, dealing with land and avenues. It’s not really a high-rise office building, just a practical space where we can meet people and get the work done. The area is quite busy with all the mills and transport going on, so it’s always lively around the office. We handle a lot of the local property tasks for this part of Hyderabad-Rangareddi. It’s mostly just us keeping track of records and showing people where the plots are. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a small group of us making sure things move along. Sometimes we’re out on the field and the office is quiet, other times it’s packed with people stopping in for a chat about the market. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the road work usually happening near Rjn 483, but inside we keep things organized. We just do the work, day in and day out. No fancy slogans here. We know the streets around Gaganpahad pretty well since we spend most of our time here. It’s a decent place to work from and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We stay busy enough without needing to be flashy.
