We are located at 4-789-41 on Banjara Hills Road. This part of the city is always moving, and being on such a major road means we see a lot of different people every day. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all the property matters for the local area. Banjara Hills has changed a lot over the years, with new stores and offices popping up everywhere, but we have stayed in our spot through most of it. We spend our days answering calls, looking over documents, and meeting with people who are interested in the local real estate. It isn't a very large office, but it serves its purpose for us and the clients who stop by. We usually have a pot of coffee or tea going because meetings can sometimes take a long time when you are discussing houses or land. The traffic outside can be quite loud, but once you step inside, it is just us working through our lists. We don't use any big words or complicated sales pitches. We just tell people what we know about the properties around here and let them decide. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or have heard about us from their friends. We just keep doing what we do, one day at a time.
