Our company is based at Flat No 11 in Rainbow Residency, which is in the Gandhamguda area. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it quite a comfortable place to spend the day. We aren't tucked away in some sterile office park. Instead, we are right there in a building where people live and go about their lives. It keeps things feeling human. We’ve got our computers set up in the flat and we spend our time working on various software bits. The kitchen is right there if anyone needs a drink or a snack, which is handy. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. There’s no formality here. We just sit down and get to it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them, which is fine. It’s just a normal, everyday kind of place. We don’t have big fancy meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for what we are trying to do here at Ba Innovative. We've got a balcony where we can stand for a minute to get some fresh air. The rooms are a bit small, but we fit in just fine. It feels less like a job and more like just working with friends in a shared space.
