B N Food Products

Our small unit is located at Plot No. 168, within Sy No. 22 in Chengicherla village. It is out in the Ghatkesar area, which has become a lot busier lately with more units popping up. We spend most of our time here processing and packing food items. It is a very hands-on job where we are constantly checking the machines and making sure the supplies are coming in on time from the local vendors. The R. R. District can be a bit chaotic with the traffic, especially when we are waiting for a truck to arrive or leave the premises. Inside the building, things are pretty simple and functional. We don't have a fancy office or any of those modern glass partitions you see in the city. It’s just a clean space where the work happens. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages and we have all become like a small family over the years. We usually start quite early in the morning to beat the heat and get the main production done before noon. There is always a lot of cleaning to do, as you can imagine with a food business, so someone is always busy with a mop or a cloth. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or strategy sessions. We just look at what needs to be packed for the day and get on with it until the crates are full and ready to go.
