Axiom Estates

We are Axiom Estates, and we’ve been working out of Bangalore for a long time. You can find us at Sri Venkateshwara Nilaya, which is an older building on 3rd Cross in Kodihalli. Our address is 17 Old No 775, and we’re right near the Munesheara Temple Street. It’s a lively part of town, and the bells from the temple are a constant backdrop to our workday. We deal with all kinds of property matters in the local area. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. Bangalore has changed so much since we started, with all the new buildings and the traffic getting worse every year. We spend a lot of our time stuck in that traffic, trying to get from one property to another. We aren't a big corporate agency with a lot of polished talk. We just know the neighborhoods around here really well. Most of our clients are local people who just want straight answers. We do our best to keep up with all the new regulations, which can be a real pain sometimes. The office is usually a bit of a mess, especially on Mondays when we’re trying to organize the week. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a small stove to make some tea. It’s a humble way to work, but it’s what we know. We just take things one day at a time.
