You can find Axia Properties over in Habsiguda, specifically in the Evr Shradha Enclave building. We are located on the fifth floor, room 503. Kakatiya Nagar is a nice enough area, and Street No 2 stays relatively calm compared to the main roads around here. We’ve been working out of this office for some time now, focusing on local property matters. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the Hyderabad real estate market fairly well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. The office itself is pretty simple, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a small meeting area for guests. We usually have the window open if the weather is okay, but the dust from the street can be a bit much sometimes. Being in Habsiguda makes it easy to get around to different parts of the city since the metro is close by. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just trying to do our jobs right and help people navigate the property stuff without too much stress. It’s steady work and there is always something to fix or a document to track down. We just take things one day at a time here and don't worry about the corporate flash. It works for us and our clients seem to appreciate that we are just normal people.
