We run Awm Sunrise India Developers Private Limited from H No 9-4-86/77. The building is called Fakhar Manzil. It's located in Salar Jung Colony, which is in the Tolichowki area. We've been here for some time now. Tolichowki is a lively place to have an office. There is always something going on outside. Inside Fakhar Manzil, we keep things pretty quiet. We focus on development work. It involves a lot of coordination and checking on different sites. We aren't the type of people who like to brag. We just want to get the houses and buildings finished. Salar Jung Colony is a good community. We know many of our neighbors by now. Our office isn't anything fancy. It has what we need to get the job done. Awm Sunrise India Developers Private Limited is basically just us working hard every day. We don't have a lot of time for making brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our address. H No 9-4-86/77 is where we sort out the problems that come up. Being in Tolichowki means we are close to everything we need. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We're usually at Fakhar Manzil if we aren't out at a project site somewhere nearby. It is just our way of working.
