Our place is located right opposite the Central Bank in Kalyan Nagar Phase-1. It's a handy spot for us. Avr Global Infra Hub is where we spend most of our waking hours. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded around lunch. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly deal with infrastructure work, which involves a lot of back-and-forth with different people. It’s not always pretty. There’s usually dust from some site or stacks of maps on the desks. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the work just piles up. We aren't doing anything fancy. We just focus on getting the jobs done as they come in. Being in Hyderabad, we see how fast everything is changing. New buildings going up everywhere. We’re just one part of that whole process. Sometimes things go slow because of the rain or some permit delay, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't have a big corporate speech prepared. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to make sense of the day's tasks. The office is simple. We have chairs that have seen better days but they work. Most people in the neighborhood know us by now. It’s a decent place to work and we’re glad to be part of the local scene here in Kalyan Nagar. The commute can be a pain with the traffic on the main road, but we manage to get in on time most mornings. We just want to get the job done.
