Our small team at Avr Constructions And Developers Llp works out of Aditya Splendour. We are up on the fifth floor in Flat 502. The office is right on Aditya Hilltop Road in the Veternery Colony area of Filmnagar. It’s a nice part of Hyderabad, though the roads can be a bit steep around here. We spend most of our time looking over construction plans and dealing with the usual daily headaches of building things. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of people. It’s just us trying to make sure the developments we’re working on actually move forward. Some days we are stuck in the office all day, and other days we’re barely there because we have to be out at the sites. Filmnagar is a good place to be based because it's central enough for us to get to most parts of the city without too much trouble. We just do our work and try to stay organized, which isn't always easy when you have multiple things happening at once. The flat serves as our main base for all the meetings and keeping track of our records. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when there is construction nearby, but we’re used to it. We just keep plugging away at our projects one day at a time in this hilly part of town.
