AVK GRAND ICONIC ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of Flat No 401, which is located at Plot No. 11 in the Aronodaya colony area of Sujana, Shaikpet. AVK Grand Iconic Estates Private Limited is a small setup here in Hyderabad. The neighborhood is mostly residential, which makes for a relatively calm place to get things done. We have a few rooms set up as offices where we handle all our estate work. It’s not a huge place, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of our hours looking over plans and talking to folks about local properties. Shaikpet has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here to see most of it. Usually, there’s someone in the office to answer the phone or look at papers, though we’re often out in the field. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a regular flat turned into a workspace. Sometimes the parking in Aronodaya colony gets a little tight if you arrive late in the morning. We try to keep things easy and straightforward with everyone we deal with. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they have to be. We just show up, work through our lists, and try to stay organized. It’s a typical local business life, really. We like being part of the community here and knowing our neighbors. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is required of us.
