You can find AVION DHARANI DEVELOPERS over in Panjagutta. We have a small setup in Dwarakapuri Colony at Plot No.247. We are in Room No.2 on the 1st floor. It is a pretty central location, so getting around the city from here isn't too bad, except when the traffic gets really backed up near the main junction. Our office is just a couple of rooms where we handle all the developer work. It is nothing too special to look at, just some desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We spend most of our time talking to people about land and development plans. It is a lot of waiting for approvals and checking on site progress. The colony is usually a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when we need to think. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some air. It’s a tight-knit team here, and we usually end up eating lunch together while talking about the projects we have going on. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that; we just handle things ourselves. It’s a straightforward way to run a company. We like being in Panjagutta because it feels like we are in the middle of all the action. Most days are long, but we just take things as they come and try to stay on top of the work. Sometimes we lose track of time when the phone starts ringing.
