Jubilee Hills is a well-regarded area, but our office is very modest. We aren't interested in looking like a big multinational. We just have a practical workspace where our team can get things done. There are a lot of computers, cables everywhere, and a few whiteboards for sketching out ideas. The 500033 area is quite nice to work in, as it’s relatively green compared to other parts of the city. We spend our days tackling different technological challenges. It’s a small group of us, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We don't have formal dress codes or anything like that. People just wear what they are comfortable in. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but we clean it up eventually. We don't have a big HR department or corporate policies. We just work together and talk through problems as they come up. It’s a very human way of working. Most of our days are spent at the desks, but we do take breaks to chat or grab some food nearby. It’s a simple, honest setup for a technology business. We don't need much else.
