Our business is called Averdon Solutions Llp and you can find us in Tirumalagiri. The address is a bit of a long one, Flat 301 in H.No.1-2-33/28/A, over on Plot No.46 in Prashanth Nagar. It is right off the Nizampet road, which is a place that stays busy from morning until late at night. We have been here for a while and the office is just a basic flat. We do not have any big signs or fancy decorations in the hallway. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some computers where we spend our hours. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, so it feels very local and friendly. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup if it is working. It is a very normal place to work, nothing like those big tech parks you see on the news. We do our own cleaning and make our own coffee in the small kitchen area. Tirumalagiri is a solid part of Telangana and being in the 500085 area is good for us. We don't really have any corporate rituals or big speeches. We just show up, see what needs to be finished, and get to it. Most of the guys here have been together for a while so it is a relaxed atmosphere. We just wanted a place that was practical and affordable.
