Avani Green Woods Private Limited has its office at 6-3-347/12/A/11 in D.P Colony, Banjara Hills. Being in Banjara Hills, people might expect us to be very fancy, but we are actually quite simple. We work in the Khairatabad area of Hyderabad, and our focus is on green woods and land projects. Our office is tucked away in the colony and it’s a fairly modest space for such a well-known neighborhood. We spend a lot of time thinking about trees and land and how to keep things looking natural. The traffic in Banjara Hills is a nightmare most afternoons, so we spend a lot of time on the phone instead of driving around. We are just a small group of people who enjoy the outdoors. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or have big presentations. Usually, we just sit down with a map or a photo and talk through what needs to be done. The office has some old furniture and some stacks of files that probably need sorting, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing budget or anyone to handle social media. We just do the work and people find us. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We are just regular people who happened to set up shop in a nice part of town, doing what we know best.
