Soni Information Technology is situated at No. 2053-5-25/3 in the Gsr Complex. We are on the floor right above the More Super Market in Hyderaguda, Attapur. Being above a grocery store means there’s always people coming and going downstairs. Up here, it’s a bit different. We have computers set up and parts lying around everywhere. It’s a place where we spend hours staring at monitors or fixing hardware. The stairs can be a bit steep, but people don't seem to mind. We handle all sorts of tech stuff. Sometimes someone brings in a laptop that won't turn on, or they need help with some software that’s acting up. We don't have a big polished lobby. It’s more of a working space with cables and keyboards on the desks. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during long updates. Attapur has grown a lot, and there’s always something happening in the Gsr Complex. We’ve seen a lot of different gadgets come and go over the years. We just keep up with it as best as we can. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the street outside. We don't talk like those big tech companies. We just explain what’s wrong in plain English and try to get it fixed so people can get back to their lives. It is a messy job but someone has to do it.
