ATR BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located up on the tenth floor of the Anutham complex. It’s a pretty busy building, and Flat No 1002 is where we keep all our files and do the planning for the projects we have going on. Being in a big place like this means there is always something going on around us, with people coming and going from the various units. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to figure out the best way to get through a building project without too many delays. Building things in this area takes a lot of patience because of the traffic and all the paperwork, but we manage somehow. Some days we are stuck in the office all day looking at numbers, and other days we are out at the sites getting our boots dirty. It’s a mix of both. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us making sure the work gets done like we promised. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which is annoying when we're in a hurry to get to a site, but that's just life here. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we work with. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We’ve been around for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the way things are built. We just work hard and hope for the best.
