If you ever find yourself in Maruthi Nagar, look for us at Maruthi Heights. The specific spot is Plot No. 507, unit 239 2A. It’s a decent building. We go by Aswartha Builders Llp. We spend most of our time building things, mainly around this part of town. We’ve got a small crew and we like it that way. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much supervision. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of water bottles. It gets hot when we are out on the sites, so we appreciate the shade when we come back to Maruthi Nagar. We handle the basic building work that people need. Sometimes it’s a renovation, other times it’s starting from the ground up. We don't do much advertising. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors. That’s just how we’ve always done it. We try to be sensible with our costs because we know how much people save up for these projects. Maruthi Heights is a good base for us. We can get to most of our sites pretty quickly from here. We just show up every day, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple life but it works for us. We’re just regular builders doing our thing and trying to stay out of the rain when we can.
