Aster Teleservices

Out in Secunderabad, we have our place in Surya Nagar Colony. It’s over in Old Alwal, which is a bit of a different vibe than the main city. We’re at house number 5 160. The area is mostly quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical work. We do a lot of service work for the telecom industry. That means plenty of paperwork and even more time spent out in the field. The office is really just a base for the crew. We gather here in the morning, grab the tools we need, and head out. We’ve been in this colony for a while. Everyone around here knows each other. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable for the job. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit messy, but we still manage to get things done. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just write down what needs doing and we do it. The equipment takes up most of the room in the back. It’s practical work. We like it here because it’s out of the way but still close enough to where the work is. It’s a small team, and we all know our roles. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the services. Our coffee isn't great, but it's hot, and that counts for something when the shifts get long.
