We are located over in Sainatha Puram at the Sivas Ganga Residency. It’s flat G3, so right on the ground floor. Being in Officers Colony makes it a bit easier for people to find us. This part of Asrao Nagar is usually pretty calm. We work on teleservices, which covers a lot of ground. Mostly it’s technical stuff that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s a tight group of us in this flat. We have our desks set up and we just get to work. There’s always some project going on with the phone lines or the towers. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. The focus is on the jobs we have lined up for the week. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office. It’s a bit of a juggle. Hyderabad is a big place to cover, but starting from here in Sainatha Puram works out well. We’ve got the 062 pin code area covered mostly. We don't really have a prepared speech about what we do. If you ask, we’ll just say we handle the technical side of the phones. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. We just take it one day at a time and try not to let the paperwork pile up too high on the corner desk.
