Asst Manager Hr Admin

I am Gjvkrishna Murthy and I handle the HR and admin tasks as an assistant manager here. Our office is located at Hno 4 35 503 1 in Madhavaram Nagar Colony, which is in the Kukatpally area of Hyderabad. Kukatpally is always buzzing with people and traffic but the colony is a bit more tucked away. My job is basically to keep the office running and take care of the people working here. I deal with a lot of payroll stuff, attendance, and just general office supplies. It is not a very exciting job but it is necessary. The desk is usually piled with folders and resumes. I spend a lot of time talking to the staff and trying to solve whatever small problems they have. The building is a regular house that has been converted into an office space so it feels a bit informal. We don't have a big HR department with a lot of rules. We just try to be fair and get things settled. Hyderabad gets very hot so the air conditioning is the most important part of the office. I usually stay late to finish up the paperwork so the next day can start fresh. It is just a normal job in a busy part of the city. We don't use any fancy management techniques or corporate talk. We just talk to each other and get the work done.
