Assistant Centre Manager

My daily routine revolves around being the assistant centre manager at the Malaysian Township in Kukatpally. It’s a large residential area in Hyderabad 72, and there is always something that needs my attention. Whether it is a maintenance issue or someone asking for help with their paperwork, I am usually the one people come to see. The township is a busy place, and being in the Andhra Pradesh part of India, it gets quite warm, so I’m glad for the office space. I don’t spend all my time behind a desk, though. I have to walk around quite a bit to check on things and make sure everything is running okay for the residents. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I just take it one task at a time. I don't have a big corporate speech prepared for people. I just talk to them like a neighbor and try to solve their problems. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when there are events or repairs happening all at once. I’ve learned to stay calm when things get a bit messy. It’s a good community here in Kukatpally, and I like being the person who helps keep the centre organized. It is a lot of coordination and talking to different people, but it makes the day go by fast.
