We are located at Plot No 31 in Royal Enclave, which is in the Reddyhasmapet area of Bowenpally, Secunderabad. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We like the pace here. Our office is a functional space where we handle all sorts of software tasks. There are no marble floors or high-end decorations, just the tools we need to get things done. Most of us have been working together for several years now, so we have a good rhythm. We don't have a boss who gives big motivational speeches. We all just know what we are supposed to do. The mornings usually start with a bit of a cleanup and getting the computers booted up. Bowenpally has some good food spots, so we often go out for a quick bite in the afternoons. The weather can be a bit of a challenge, but we have enough fans to keep us going. We focus on the small details because that is where the work actually happens. It’s not about being the best or the fastest; it’s about being consistent. We’ve had our share of ups and downs like any other small business, but we are still here at Royal Enclave. We just take it one day at a time and try to do honest work that we can be okay with.
